Below is a list of reasons why your purchase may have failed.

We use a service called WAXPEER.com for our instant CS:GO Skin withdrawals, a service that allows you to avoid the 7-day skin hold. This is achieved via a Peer-2-Peer trading system where users trade you their skins directly, with the overview of WAXPEER. This ensures if the skins aren't delivered to you, you will be refunded. You may be refunded for the following reasons:

- The seller failed to send the trade in time

- The buyer didn't accept the trade in time

- The seller sent the wrong items in the trade

Gift Cards are processed manually by staff, so may take up to 48 hours to be sent, however they are usually sent within 24 hours. A Gift Card may be refunded and your Tokens returned in one of the following scenarios:

- The Gift Card was out of stock from our verified provider

- The Gift Card price has extensively increased in price from our provider

- Your account is deemed suspicious or untrustworthy

If your Gift Cards keep getting declined please contact support via live chat or email.

Cash and Crypto transactions are manually processed by our staff and may also take up to 48 hours to be sent, although are usually sent earlier. The transaction may be cancelled and Tokens will be refunded for one of the following reasons:

- (Crypto) Gas fees are too high

- Your crypto or email address is invalid

- We are out of stock of a certain cryptocurrency
